“The foundation exists so that the answer to “I can't afford this” isn't the end of the conversation.”
CshaNel
I chair the Amora Alchemy Foundation, the nonprofit side of what we're building, with its own board and its own accountability.
The alliance and the foundation exist for the same reason from two directions. One is how this work sustains itself. The other is how it reaches people for whom cost would otherwise be the whole story: families in hospital, parents and caregivers running on empty, people who need support at exactly the moment they can least afford it.
My work is board coordination, community partnerships, fundraising support, and keeping every initiative honest against the mission. I'm not a practitioner. What I do is make sure the practitioners can reach the people who need them most.
Calm. Intuitive. Compassionate. Grounded.
Chair of the Amora Alchemy Foundation, leading board coordination, community partnerships and the work of making care reachable for people who could not otherwise pay for it.
