I came to naturopathic medicine because I wanted to practise the kind of care I could never quite find as a patient: care that took the labs seriously and took the person seriously, in the same appointment.

So much of women's health gets handled in fragments. Hormones in one place, sleep in another, stress somewhere else entirely, and nobody looking at how they move together. Individualised care means starting with what is actually happening in your body, and building from there rather than from a protocol.

My role in Amora Alchemy is medical leadership and clinical oversight: scope, safety and education across every modality the alliance offers. Holistic work and clinical work aren't in tension here. One holds the other accountable.

I also practise as RADIX Integrative Medicine, where I see patients for naturopathic and women's wellness care, hormone support and lab-guided treatment.
