I handle the financial side of Amora Alchemy: accounting, reporting, budgeting, the systems underneath, and tax and compliance for both the alliance and the foundation.

It might look like the least spiritual job in the room. I'd argue the opposite. A collective that wants to offer scholarships, run a foundation and pay its practitioners properly has to be financially honest with itself first. Getting that right is what makes the generous parts possible.

I also practise Reiki. Trained through the first two levels, mostly because I wanted to understand from the inside what the rest of the alliance was offering, and then found it changed how I move through my own weeks.
